Do you want to add a withdrawal address to send assets to, and is this an address from another crypto provider? Then follow the instructions below to add the address.
If you want to add a self-hosted wallet that is not directly linked to another crypto provider, follow the instructions on this page.
Navigate in your My Amdax account via the menu to “Address Book,” then select “Add new address.”
On this screen, you can select the crypto asset you want to add to your address book. In this guide, we’ll use Ethereum as an example.
Select the type of wallet you want to add. Is it a wallet you own yourself? Then choose ‘Self-hosted’.
Is it a wallet that is part of another crypto company (for example, Bitvavo)? Then choose ‘Other crypto company’.
Enter a personal label so you can easily recognize your wallet later. Also enter the crypto address you want to add.
Click Continue and search for the crypto company that your address belongs to.
If the company is not in the list, please contact us for assistance.
Enter your password and multi-factor authentication. In our example, this is the 6-digit code sent by SMS, but it can also be a code you receive through an authenticator app.
At the very end, you will receive an overview of all the information you have provided. If something is incorrect, go back to make the necessary changes.
