How do I set up a passkey?

Set up a passkey in My Amdax web

  1. Sign in to My Amdax and go to Settings.

  2. Open the Security tab and find the Passkey section.

  3. Click Add passkey.

  4. Confirm your password.

  5. Enter the six-digit code from your authenticator app.

  6. Your browser asks where you want to store the passkey. Pick the option you want and confirm with your face, fingerprint, PIN or your security key.

  7. You'll see that the passkey has been added. From now on you can sign in with your passkey.

Set up a passkey in My Amdax mobile

  1. Open the app and tap More at the bottom of the screen.

  2. Go to Settings and tap Passkey.

  3. Tap Add passkey.

  4. Confirm your password, then enter the six-digit code from your authenticator app.

  5. Your phone asks where to store the passkey. Confirm with Face ID, your fingerprint or your PIN.

Signing in with your passkey

On the sign-in screen, choose Sign in with passkey and confirm with your face, fingerprint, PIN or your security key. That's it. No password to type, no code to look up in your authenticator app.

Haven't set up a passkey yet? Sign in with your email address and password instead.
