You can change the email address linked to your Amdax account by sending an email to support@amdax.com from the email address currently linked to your account. Include your new email address in that email, and we will update it once we receive your request.
No longer have access to the email address linked to your account? In that case, send an email to support@amdax.com and attach a short identification video in which your face and your identity document are clearly visible. In the video, state both your old email address and your new email address.
Send the video as a WeTransfer link or Google Drive link with the subject: "Email change request". Generate the link yourself and send it from your own email (so not via the automatic sharing function of WeTransfer or Google Drive).
