You can buy crypto-assets via the My Amdax environment (web and app) by logging in, navigating to 'Vault' and selecting the option 'Buy or sell crypto-assets'. Step-by-step instructions can be found below.
Step-by-step guide to buying crypto
- Log in to My Amdax and navigate to 'Vault'.

Click on 'Buy or sell crypto-assets'.

Choose 'Basic', price guarantee applies here.

Choose 'Buy'.
- Select the crypto-asset you want to buy.

Click 'Continue'.
- Enter the desired investment amount. Using the arrows ↑↓ (on the left) you can switch between euro and crypto.

Click 'Continue'.

Review your order and click 'Confirm order'.
Advanced mode
You can also choose to buy in advanced mode. The advanced mode is activated by pressing the 'Advanced' button. In advanced mode you can buy directly or place a limit order.
Buy directly

To buy directly, click 'Buy direct'.

Under 'Buy with' you can select which currency you want to pay with. This option is not available in standard mode.

Enter the desired investment amount. Using the arrows ↑↓ (on the left) you can switch between euro and crypto.

Review your order and click 'Confirm order'.
Limit order

To place a limit order, click 'Limit order'.

Select the crypto-assets you want to buy.

Specify the price at which you want to buy the selected crypto-asset. Using the arrows ↑↓ (on the left) you can switch between euro and crypto.
