To open a business account and utilize our services at Amdax, several important documents are required. Below is an overview of the necessary documents and information needed.
- The statutes of your company.
- A bank statement in the name of your company, no older than three months.
- A recent Chamber of Commerce (KvK) extract of the relevant entity, no older than three months (including any affiliated entities).
- An organizational chart (with ownership percentages and participations) if there is a multi-layered structure (two or more layers between the UBO and your company).
- The attached UBO declaration, fully completed and signed.
- The expected total investment in the first year, in both euros and cryptocurrencies.
- A document verifying the source of the investment amount. If the funds to be deposited originate from business activities, we would like to receive the most recent (final) annual accounts.
